Shaker Valley

About Shaker Valley

The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., develops character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community in youth through a program that teaches the care of horses and ponies, riding and mounted sports.

Shaker Valley Pony Club was formed in 1996, and has been based out of Ring Brook Farm in Plainfield, New Hampshire since 2008. Our members are of all ages and abilities, and we meet for both mounted and unmounted lessons. As a club, we host an annual Tetrathlon Rally, but we also like to participate in as many other rallies as possible!

Our District Commissioner is Sally Herbert, and she can be reached at dogfordrd@aol.com. We are located at 131 Harriman Rd, Plainfield, NH.

USPC Pony Clubs and Riding Centers are assigned to one of 41 geographical regions, which are administered by a volunteer Regional Supervisor (RS) and other appointed and elected officers. Regions offer additional activities and opportunities for members and support for the club and center leaders under their administration. Shaker Valley Pony Club is part of the White Mountain Region. Visit the region's website for the contact information for the Regional Officers.
